Joseph’s life is a wonderful example of a journey with trust in the Lord. From his father’s house, the pit, slavery, prison and the Lord’s favor causing him to rise to the top.

The son of Abraham was a promise given by God. He was born when Abraham was 100 years old. His life had ups and downs. As he grew older, he faded in his ability to discern and was deceived by his son, Jacob.

Jacob was a twin who deceived his brother, Esau. He fled to another country and lived there for 20 years. When he returned, he had an encounter with God that changed his life and his name.
